Carolyn, It could be a different tooth, or there could be a problem with the bone graft. The only way to know for sure would be to have an x-ray taken of the area. If there is an infection associated with the bone graft it should show up on the x-ray. Please feel free to give us a call if you have any other questions, or to schedule and appointment to have us take a look and let you know what is going on.
