I had my lower left wisdom tooth removed in December and a bone graft put in. There have been no problems but now I'm having pain on that same side but inside my jaw (next to my tongue) and there is bump. The pain feels like it did when my wisdom tooth was bothering me. What could be the problem? Thanks.
