Sophia, If the teeth have crowns on them currently you cannot place veneers on top of them. We would definately be interested in taking a look at them and letting you know if you need the crowns replaced. Once a tooth is prepped for a crown, you will always need to have a crown on those teeth . I'm not sure why your dentist would suggest replacing the crowns with veneers within 10 years. Crowns and veneers should not need to be replaced that often normally. New crowns on those teeth would cost approximately $2050.00 for both of them. Are the teeth currently mobile, can you wiggle them? If they are mobile you would need to be careful putting crowns on them. Feel free to give us a call and we would be able to get you in and have the doctor take a look and let you know what is going on. We are in the office 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Thursday.
