Anne, It's hard to be sure exactly at her age. It is a very good sign that she does have those baby teeth in place. Kids do inherit a lot of dental traits from their parents, but it is not a guarantee either way. If her permanent teeth does not come in she might just keep her baby teeth. It is common enough that some adults still have baby teeth because they never got their permanent teeth. I would wait until she gets a little older and have some xrays done to be sure her permanent teeth are forming. Thanks, Dr. Khalaf
